Arrive at an intimate equestrian estate overlooking Santorini. You’re welcomed with volcanic white wine, soft music, and the warm glow of sunset, as horses roam peacefully nearby. Your host gently introduces the flow and spirit of this unique evening.

Volcanic Wine Tasting Workshop
Enjoy a guided tasting of three Santorini wines, each paired with a feeling and a gourmet bite. Discover volcanic terroir and local winemaking as horses graze nearby and the caldera glows at sunset.

Sunset Dinner Among the Horses
A long outdoor table awaits, dressed with linen, candles, and wild herbs. As the sky turns pink, you share a soulful Greek dinner with curated wine pairings, while soft music plays and a photographer captures the magic of dining in nature among the horses.

Farewell Under the Stars
The evening ends with a group photo, warm goodbyes, and a small heartfelt gift a piece of Santorini to take home. You leave slowly, under the stars, carrying the scent of the island and a memory you’ll keep forever.
